Our strategic psychotherapy is based on the Gordian Pillars model, termed by Gordon Young at the Insitute of Applied Psychology. This model breaks down each problem into a set of patterns (or ‘pillars’) that we run in order for the problem to exist. Once you chip away at each pillar, the problem can no longer exist.
